FAQs

How many people will the hall hold?

You can have up to approximately 130 people seated for a meal and more if in a conference style.

Can I serve alcohol?

Yes, with certain restrictions. If minor children (17 and under) will be attending the event, then there is a no alcohol policy. If no minor children will be present, then alcohol can be served. You will need to supply additional security as well as a licensed bartender for every 50 people attending the event to serve the alcohol at your expense. No self-serve alcohol allowed. If the event is for a minor child or minor children are present, then no alcohol is allowed for the event.

What is included in the rental?

Full access to the dining hall, fully landscaped backyard, certified commercial kitchen, and parking. We also include tables and chairs for up to approximately 100 people.

Can I have my event catered?

Of course. Your caterer will have full access to our commercial kitchen if needed.

Can I tour the facility?

Yes, absolutely. Please contact us to schedule a tour of our hall.

What is the process for renting the hall?

Reach out to us to determine available dates by sending an email to the address listed above, then tour the hall. If you want to proceed then we’ll fill out and sign a rental contract. The cleaning and security deposit is required when the contract is signed. That locks your date on our calendar. Then the balance of the rental cost is due no less than 30 days prior to your event.

What are the additional costs?

You will need to hire one security guard for every 50 people attending the event. If alcohol is served, then one licensed bartender per 50 guests is also required. In addition, you will need to provide a daily event insurance policy. Links are provided above for insurance vendors.

You will also need to provide all table coverings, decorations, utensils, drinkware, etc. for your event. We only supply the table and chairs.

What time does my rental end?

Unless otherwise noted in the contract, for an all day rental, you will have access to the hall in the morning to assist with your setup activities. Your event must conclude by midnight, which includes all tear down and clean up activities.

Can I setup my event the day before?

Yes you can. However, that will be an additional rental day that you will need to reserve.
